Create an event for Bupa businesses that utilises the Paralympics GB partnership to increase awareness, improve brand perception, deepen relationships with Bupa and shift perceptions of disability in the workplace.
In business, like sport, teamwork is essential. We designed the Team Health Challenge event. A series of tasks featuring Paralympic sports and guests designed to showcase difference builds better teams and better businesses.
The tasks were split to challenge different elements of the guests: Physical, Sensory, Creative and Social.
Our aim was to generate understanding and awareness of having diverse teams.

The reaction was off the charts. People not only had fun but 100% said they had an increased awareness and understanding of disability in the workplace.
